SWS served as Book-Running Senior Manager on the $1.59 billion City of New York General Obligation Bonds, Fiscal 2027 Series B, C and 1. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to redeem, at or prior to maturity, certain of the City's outstanding Bonds. 

Following a successful retail order period on September 8, 2026, SWS generated a strong institutional order book on September 9, taking advantage of significant investor feedback and follow through. The Siebert led syndicate successfully executed the transaction during a period of elevated market volatility and rising Treasury yields, and on a day with MMD cuts ranging from 5-8 basis points.
