BOOKRUNNING SENIOR MANAGER

On Thursday, August 13, 2026, Siebert Williams Shank served as book‑running senior manager on the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County (the “Port of Port Arthur” or “District”) $30,000,000 Port Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (AMT) (the “Bonds”).
Proceeds from the Bonds will be used to improve the Port of Port Arthur’s waterways, docks, and related infrastructure, helping modernize the District’s facilities and support its continued role as a premier direct-transfer facility for international cargo shipping.
The transaction marked the District’s first revenue bond sale since 1998. To support the financing, Siebert Williams Shank drew on its experience pricing both Port Arthur-area credits and Texas seaport facility bonds. This previous work includes senior-managed financings for the City of Port Arthur, Port Arthur Independent School District, and the inaugural Port of Houston Authority of Harris County Project 11 financing.
Siebert Williams Shank congratulates the District on a successful financing and is proud to play a role in supporting critical infrastructure across Texas.
