Siebert Williams Shank recently served as book‑running senior manager for the University of Texas System’s (the "System") $113.85 million Revenue Financing System Bonds, Series 2026C.

The refunding generated nearly $7.3 million in cash‑flow savings, including more than $6.3 million in net present value savings (5.2% of refunded par).

Our bankers worked closely with our underwriters and sales force to structure and sell the refunding bonds to achieve the System's objectives within its Central Bank construct.
