BOOKRUNNING SENIOR MANAGER

On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, Siebert Williams Shank served as book‑running senior manager for Tuloso-Midway Independent School District’s (“TMISD” or “District”) $121,155,000 Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2026 (the “Bonds”).
Bond proceeds will fund facility renovations and improvements, new school buses and security equipment, and technology upgrades across the District.
The Bonds were successfully priced in a challenging market environment marked by inflation concerns and rising oil prices. The firm leveraged its deep experience with Coastal Bend issuers and Texas K-12 school district financings, such as recent senior managed transactions for the City of Corpus Christi and Gregory-Portland Independent School District, to help position the transaction for success.
Siebert Williams Shank is proud to support Tuloso-Midway Independent School District in securing cost-effective financing that will help enhance educational opportunities for students for years to come.
