Suzanne Shank is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Siebert Williams Shank & Co. (SWS). Previously, Ms. Shank was Chairperson and CEO of SWS predecessor firm Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co., a firm which she co-founded in 1996.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT), CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS), and White Mountains Insurance Group (NYSE: WTM). She also serves on the Boards of several non-profit organizations including The Kresge Foundation and The Skillman Foundation. Ms. Shank is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Women's Forum. Ms. Shank formerly served on the SEC's Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee, the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, and the Bipartisan Policy Center's Executive Council on Infrastructure.

Ms. Shank has won numerous awards and honors throughout her career including Inc. Magazine's 2024 Female Founders 250 and Worth Magazine's 2024 Worthy 100 List. Ms. Shank has been inducted in the inaugural Bond Buyer Hall of Fame, is a recipient of The Security Traders Association of New York (STANY) 2022 Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award, and was named as one of USA Today's Georgia Women of the Century.

Ms. Shank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She was named by Wharton on the list of "125 Influential People and Ideas" and was inducted into the Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni by Georgia Tech.
