Siebert Williams Shank has created a new group dedicated to college and university debt sales to accelerate the firm’s growth in the sector. The group will be led by Julia Harris, who has previously worked at Public Alternative Advisors, Public Financial Management, Moody’s, Goldman Sachs, and Chicago. The group will be based in Chicago and aimed at helping major colleges and universities address and meet their financial objectives through the sale of municipal bonds.
